2008 City of Enchantment Tournament

Check-in  

Team check-in is mandatory. Check-in will be held on Friday, August 22th, 2008 from 6 pm till 8 pm at the Rasco Middle School.  Rasco is located next to Hospital Fields.  Enter gym doors near the parking lot.

Team check-in will also be available at the McLean Soccer Pavilion on Saturday for those that notify the tournament director they cannot make check in on Friday (teams from out of town).  Must be done one hour before your first game.

Teams that have early Friday night games will NEED to check-in at Rasco around 5:15 pm.

Paperwork Needed for Check-In:
Please make sure you bring the following pieces of paperwork to register your team for the tournament. These are:

1.     Official Team Roster – please provide a copy for LJSC.

2.     Medical Releases: these do NOT need to be notarized.

3.     Player Cards: If you have this years official players cards please use them. If you do not, then we will accept last year’s player’s cards. If you are absolutely unable to obtain player cards, a signed letter or registration printout stating that the player has registered with a member of STYSA is required.

NOTE:  U10 and below DO NOT need to provide player cards.

Note:  3 guest players allowed, must have proof of being registered.
